After depulping, the coffee goes through an additional 48 hours of fermentation before being washed and sun-dried.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the cup, we find notes of brown sugar, green apple, orange, and florals. As it cools, peach and brown sugar become more pronounced, with a creamy body and medium citrus acidity.
