Neither of them had worked with coffee before. Albeiro had worked in construction, and Luz Dary was a secretary at an agricultural supply store. But they were lucky to have Doña Carmen as their neighbor. With her as a mentor, they started learning about coffee and figuring things out together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday, they each have their own role on the farm. Albeiro takes care of the coffee trees, the land, and the cows, while Luz Dary is in charge of processing and drying the coffee.
