Our first coffee from this new found relationship. Unblended truly focuses on the future of coffee by working closely with producers and roasters to build strong and powerful relationships. The coffees that are produced under the unblended umbrella, truly push the boundary of how coffee is experienced. The coffees that we have cupped have been absolutely mind blowing and we cannot wait to share what's coming down the road. 

A Note from the Unblended Team:

The Development lot is a lot that builds demand for the processing experiments that are necessary for the development of the young producers in the program. This lot is composed by many experimental small lots from producers that when combined result in a consistent fruit-forward and chocolaty profile. This way, producers can learn and experiment with small batches and roasters can support this learning exercise by adopting this coffee in their menu.
