Hearthside Cinnamon is a limited release single origin crafted by Sebastian Ramirez in collaboration with Unblended, a sourcing team devoted to empowering young growers across Colombia. This coffee begins with the Recruitment Community Lot, a project that brings together emerging producers who have chosen passion and craft as their path. Their work creates a consistent and expressive foundation which then becomes even more vibrant through Sebastian Ramírez’s signature cinnamon co fermentation.

The result is a cup that feels like settling in beside a warm fire. Expect a full and rounded body with notes of cinnamon and ginger that call to mind your favorite winter desserts, like a ginger snap. It is both festive and thoughtful connecting you to the people and places behind the coffee. Every release from Unblended carries a story and this one speaks to mentorship shared knowledge and a new generation of creative, youthful farmers (which the coffee industry desperately needs!)
