This limited coffee was created in partnership with Unblended’s Recruitment program, which mentors the next generation of young Colombian producers. The goal is simple: build real demand for their coffees so each producer can launch and grow their own single origin brand.

For this year’s holiday release, we brought newer producers into the spotlight and added a festive twist from Sebastian Ramirez. The blend combines 20 percent Sebastian Ramirez Cinnamon from Quindio with 80 percent Recruitment Lot coffees from Antioquia and Cauca.

The result is a warm, balanced cup that feels like a Christmas dessert.
