We roast on weekends. Orders placed Saturday - Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

UNBLENDED & THE YOUNG PRODUCER PROGRAM

The Development Lot is one that builds demand for the experimental processing methods that are necessary for the development of the members of the Young Producer Program.

Working with smaller batches, each producer is able to develop their skills, or learn new methods, while mitigating the costs involved by combining these batches to yield a high quality and consistent lot. With notes of cocoa nibs, star fruit, and strawberry this is a fun coffee reminding us of chocolate-covered fruit from childhood.

At Preface, we are avid readers and, by extension, we are passionate about learning and honing our skills. In times where finance often proves the biggest obstacle to self-development, we are excited to offer the Development Lot and are eager to follow these producers’ journey in the future.
