In Sonsón, we work with a group of young producers eager to learn and innovate. Although specialty coffee is still emerging in the town, these small-scale farmers are driven to experiment and improve. The purpose of this lot is to combine their coffees to achieve greater volume while deepening quality and refining cup profiles as they grow.
