Maria Camila Gallego Washed

Maria Camila Gallego is a dedicated coffee producer who follows a meticulous process to ensure the highest quality. The cherries are carefully harvested and selected twice, guaranteeing excellence. They are then pulped and left to ferment for 30 hours before being washed and dried using the traditional Colombian coffee processing method. This method is deeply rooted in Maria Camila’s family legacy, infusing each coffee bean with their passion and history. The result is a cup of coffee with delightful notes of lemongrass, caramel, and milk chocolate, creating an irresistible and unique flavor combination. This coffee serves as a testament to the exceptional quality and excellence found in their crops, inviting us to enjoy it every day.
