It allows us to build volume, introduce new producers from the region, and continue strengthening our relationship with both of them and their work in the community. This specific lot follows a traditional process, with a short fermentation in cherry designed to highlight the coffee’s sweetness and bring out rich chocolate-forward characteristics in the cup.

Harvesting & Selection
The goal of this lot is to purchase what the producer is currently harvesting on their farm, allowing us to understand their flavor profile while also building regional volume. This creates greater opportunities for the producer to offer a single-origin lot in the future.
Processing and Fermentation
This lot was exclusively selected and cupped by Yessica and Diego as part of introducing the program in Huila and beginning to build relationships with producers in the region.
Drying
Once a producer lot is approved and shows market potential, we scale production and offer it as a single-origin product for our customers.
