At a very young age, he has dedicated his life to coffee, working alongside his father from a young age. While in university, he applied for an entrepreneurship funding program that helped him start his dream of cultivating different coffee varieties. At 19, he received support and planted 19,000 Bourbon Rosado trees on his farm, Oasis.

After two years, they harvested their first lots, working closely with TerraCoffee to improve infrastructure and processes. The farm has always been a family venture, and Franco learned the importance of identifying defects, tasting the coffee, and refining processes.

Now married, he manages the farm while his father oversees another lot with his brother. His initial goal was to reach break-even after a significant investment. With everything more organized, his focus is on enhancing the production plant and developing high-quality coffee profiles.
