Juan David: Carrying the Legacy in Every Harvest
Juan David is a third-generation coffee farmer. Inspired by his parents, he chose to carry on their legacy. What he loves most is being part of the whole journey—from planting the seed to harvesting the cherries and finally tasting it as coffee. At the farm, he focuses on fermentation processes and works with what he calls “true gems” like Geisha, Caturrón, and Papayo. Each one has its own personality, adding incredible diversity to every harvest. For Juan David, being part of this industry is a joy, because the opportunities to learn are endless and every harvest is a chance to bring people together and share a story.
