The Young Producer Program supports small farmers in experimenting with fermentation techniques and elevating quality standards. This Inzá lot represents the collaborative work of Alejandro Ariza and Andrés Martínez, two producers from Cauca, who share a vision of building consistency while highlighting the region’s finest attributes—its signature florality and sweetness in the cup.

The “Young Producer” lots were created to open market opportunities for emerging coffee growers who are experimenting with innovative fermentation methods and refining their cup profiles. The goal is to help them gain visibility and recognition as they develop their own brands and strengthen their position within the specialty coffee industry.
This Inzá lot represents an important step toward building consistency and volume in the region. By maintaining a steady quality and distinct regional profile, it aims to secure a lasting spot on roasters’ menus throughout the year, highlighting the potential and promise of Cauca’s young generation of coffee producers.
