How this coffee was produced

A natural process with 120 hr of fermentation

Harvesting and Processing

Coffee is hand-picked and sorted, where 95% are fully ripe

Drying Phase

Fermented in horizontally closed tanks without water for 120 hours, then with water added to regulate the temperature for 24 hours

Stabilization

Dried in sun bed driers until it reaches 12% moisture, for about 14 days
