How this coffee was produced

Honey - with a double fermentation

01. Harvesting

The cherries are harvested and selected by density

02. Processing

Then added into plastic and closed tanks and fermented for two days, later depulped and fermented again in closed tanks without water for two more days

03. Drying Phase

It is dried in sun bed driers for 10 to 15 days, depending on the weather they finish the drying phase in mechanical driers to reach 11% moisture

What we taste:

Caramel, orange, red florals, and cane sugar on the nose, with flavors of orange, dried fruit, caramel, and delicate florals. Medium body with bright, citrusy acidity and a long, lingering finish.
