The Process

How this coffee was produced

Washed

01. Harvesting

The cherries are harvested and selected by density

02. Processing

The cherries are depulped immediately and fermented in closed tanks for 24 hours. After fermentation, they are carefully washed to remove any remaining mucilage.

03. Drying Phase

it is dry for 7 to 8 days in sun bed driers until it reaches 11% moisture
