Nicolle comes from a coffee-growing family, with a farm established in 1984. Today, the farm has become a true family project, where each member plays an important role—working hard to improve their cultivation practices, processing methods, and the overall quality of their specialty coffee.

Despite her young age, Nicolle has shown a strong interest in deepening her knowledge of cupping and sensory profiling. She has taken courses in both areas and is currently in charge of the farm’s coffee marketing, bringing a fresh and dedicated perspective to her family’s legacy.
