This project was born from Driftaway’s clear intention to work with women producers. We faced one key challenge: most of these producers manage small farms, while Suyog - who's in charge of projects and green buying - needed a larger lot for the project to be viable.

Instead of treating this as a limitation, we approached it practically — bringing several producers together to collectively meet the required volume while maintaining aligned quality standards.

The result highlights the defining qualities of Chiroso — a sweet cup with fresh green apple acidity, supported by a balanced, creamy body.
