This coffee was created to support the process of building consistency and increasing volume in Inzá, bringing together the best attributes of two talented producers — Alejandro Ariza and Andrés Martínez. Their coffees combine the region’s hallmark sweetness and florality, resulting in a balanced and expressive cup designed to earn a place on our roasters’ menu and highlight Inzá’s distinctive profile.

Beyond its flavor, this lot was developed with the purpose of supporting the growth of both producers’ brands and encouraging newer coffee growers from the region who are working to refine their quality and reach international markets.
