Never too late for specialty coffee
Coming from a family rooted in both coffee farming and cattle ranching, Álvaro has spent much of his life connected to the land and dedicated to coffee. Although he is still in the early stages of his journey in specialty coffee, his commitment and talent have already stood out, earning him a finalist position in regional coffee competitions.
Today, Álvaro leads every stage of production himself—from processing and quality control to carefully managing each lot. His daughter often accompanies him in the daily work on the farm, making coffee a shared family journey. We began working together in 2025, and we are excited to see how his coffees and future harvests continue to evolve.
