Luz Dary and Albeiro have one of the sweetest stories we have come across. They met later in life, and when they got married, Albeiro had always had the dream of building a house in the countryside and having a life there together with Luz Dary.

For about five years, Luz Dary continued working in town while Albeiro slowly built their house with his own hands. She would come to the farm on the weekends, and little by little, the place started becoming the home they had dreamed about.

When the house was finally ready, they moved to the farm and started their life there together. Neither of them had worked with coffee before. Albeiro had worked in construction, and Luz Dary was a secretary at an agricultural supply store. But they were lucky to have Doña Carmen as their neighbor. With her as a mentor, they started learning about coffee and figuring things out together.

Today, they each have their own role on the farm. Albeiro takes care of the coffee trees, the land, and the cows, while Luz Dary is in charge of processing and drying the coffee. They are both incredibly careful with their work, and you can see how much pride they take in what they do.
