This washed coffee is the result of multiple trials and careful experimentation. Through a double fermentation—first in cherry and then after depulping—this process highlights the natural sweetness of the Chiroso variety, revealing a silky body and vibrant notes of passion fruit, panela, and ripe peach.
This is the first of many coffees to come in collaboration with Víctor, marking the beginning of an exciting journey built around quality, curiosity, and innovation.

About the producer
Víctor and his family have tried to build a life around coffee more than once—this is now their third time starting from scratch. Before dedicating himself fully to the farm, Víctor worked in the buying and trading of fruits and vegetables in Urrao, which for many years was the family’s main source of income.
