For Jhon Didier Trujillo, farming has always been about more than growing coffee—it's about providing for his family and building a future. Over the years, he has raised his children through agriculture, carefully balancing coffee with crops like lulo to create a stable livelihood while staying connected to the land he loves.
When we first met Jhon Didier in 2024, we immediately saw the potential of his farm. What stood out even more was his curiosity. Always eager to learn, he embraced new ideas, refined his processes, and continued planting more coffee, convinced that quality could become the future of his farm.
Today, that dream has become a family project. His son, Juan Camilo, has joined him with the shared vision of turning their farm into a sustainable and profitable business for generations to come. Together, they're proving that with patience, curiosity, and hard work, Urrao can produce some of the most remarkable coffees in Colombia.
